Say Goodbye

1. Say Goodbye to Confusion, Say Hello to Clarity

Everyone is looking for understanding to overcome the confusion of life. There are many voices telling us what they believe is THE right way to believe and live or even telling us to follow our own hearts; but true clarity comes when we trust God and his Word! Isaiah 55:9 says, “For just as the heavens are higher than the earth, so my ways are higher than your ways and my thoughts higher than your thoughts.” Say goodbye to confusion; say hello to clarity!

4. Say Goodbye to the Old You, Say Hello to the New You

When we accept Jesus as our Savior, we are transformed into a new person! Baptism is a public celebration that your old life is gone and your new life has begun! 2 Colossians 2:12 says, “For you were buried with Christ when you were baptized. And with him you were raised to new life because you trusted the mighty power of God, who raised Christ from the dead.” You can’t say hello to the new you without saying goodbye to the old you, and baptism is commanded by Jesus to demonstrate your spiritual transformation.
