Mighty Men

75 Hard Rules

  • Follow an established nutrition plan of your choice.
    • We must be able to look up the rules of your plan.
    • Zero cheat meals allowed.
  • Two 45-minute workouts each day.
    • One indoors / one outdoors.
    • Patio & open garage count as outside.
    • Each workout must be a full 45 minutes. Not multiple small workouts totaling 45 minutes.
  • Drink a gallon of water each day.
  • Read 10 pages of nonfiction each day (more details below).
  • Take a progress photo each day.
  • No alcohol.
  • No porn.

Guidance on Reading

Under Cover” by John Bevere. This will be mandatory assigned ready. We will go through this book as a group.

You will need at least one other book to read 10 pages per day for 75 days. Once you have completed the current portion of “Under Cover” you will read another nonfiction book.

  • “Leadership and Emotional Sabotage” by Joe Rigney

Pro Tips

  • When taking pictures, take both a frontal picture and profile picture. This makes it easier to see your physical results.
  • Purchase a dedicated 75 Hard app on your phone. It is incredibly difficult to track your daily tasks without it. Well worth the $3-$7.
  • Get a water container that will help you track how much you are drinking throughout the day.

Failure

This program is intentionally difficult. We do not expect everyone to succeed. This is meant to be a group for men who hold themselves to a higher standard and are looking for brothers who live the same. If at any point you fail at any of these requirements —
 
  • Be honest.
  • Let your group know you have failed.
  • You start back at Day 1.
  • If you reset 75 Hard after the “point of no return” (August 17th), you will be excused until the next session and will have to redo the entire program.
  • The last 3 meetings will leave you with Homework. If you do not do your homework that week, you will fail and be able to restart the next session.

  • Attended G101
  • Serve on a Team (twice a month)
  • Background Check
  • Married
  • Tithes
