Campus Connections Coordinator and Admin
The Campus Connections Coordinator and Admin is responsible for overseeing and developing processes and strategies that help guests become connected, serving members across a specific campus. The Campus Connections Coordinator and Admin will also help oversee Generation Church’s Life Group ministry and administrative tasks at their specific campus. In all actions, the Campus Connections Coordinator and Admin reproduces the Generation Church (GC) culture and experience in their unique job context. They are to reflect biblical principles and GC values. This position will not be located at the Mesa campus.
Daycare Assistant Teacher
The Daycare Assistant Teacher is available throughout the week to meet with parents and staff. They will manage the curriculum for toddler and preschool classrooms as well as oversee after-school transportation of kids to and from school (vans provided). They create a safe environment for the children and maintain a professional relationship and confidentiality with the parents of the children.
Facilities Team Member
Our facilities personnel are responsible for managing all church-wide janitorial needs, the overall presentation, and the mission readiness of our campuses. We are currently looking to hire a part-time (4-20hrs/week) facilities team member to work at one or more of our three campuses.
Food Pantry Director
The selected individual will lead a diverse, committed, and talented group of team members in the day-to-day operations (6 days per week) of the GC Food Pantry. The Director will work hand in hand with established Team Leaders in the safe and effective collection, preservation, and distribution of donated products while maintaining compliance with St. Mary’s identified “Best Practices”, policies and procedures. The Director will at all times lead the teams in a manner that exemplifies GC Core Values. This position is part-time, estimated at 20-25 hours per week.
Little g’s Campus Coordinator
The Little g’s Campus Coordinator is a part-time position that will resource our Fountain Hills Little g’s Ministry and ensure the quality of Sunday morning Little g’s experience. They will manage the processes, policies, and procedures to maintain a cohesive experience that aligns with the other campuses. In all actions, this individual is to reproduce the Generation Church (GC) culture and experience in their unique job context as well as reflect biblical principles and the GC values.
Technical Director
This full-time role will work on the Production Team to fulfill the technical and production needs of all Generation Church campuses. This role oversees the integration, maintenance and inventory of all production spaces to carry out the vision of Generation Church through AVL technology.
Worship Pastor
Out of their deep and authentic relationship with Jesus, Generation Church’s Worship Pastor will be responsible for organizational leadership of the entire worship department as well as serving as the primary worship leader at its broadcast campus. The Worship Pastor will lead a team of full and part-time employees as well as a large volunteer team across all of Generation’s campuses and worship venues. They will work to implement and execute the vision of the Lead Pastor and his vision for Generation Church.
